Emma Williamson is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement at EF-group since September 2024, Emma previously held the position of Meat Procurement Director at Cargill from October 2021 to September 2024. Emma's career at Foodbuy UK & Ireland spanned several roles, starting as Head of Food and advancing to Category Director - Food. Prior to this, Emma held various positions in category management and strategic sourcing at Compass Group, Britvic Soft Drinks, Nestle, and Sainsbury's. Emma earned a BSc in Geography from Newcastle University between 2003 and 2006.
