Robert Eisenstein is a prominent management consultant and educator with extensive experience in senior care and healthcare administration. Currently serving as Principal at Eisenstein Flaherty & Associates since May 2018, Robert focuses on cultivating positive organizational cultures and enhancing community operations. As an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Fisher College since September 2014, Robert teaches subjects related to gerontology and social issues. Previously, Robert held executive roles at Northbridge Companies and Benchmark Senior Living, managing operations, sales, and marketing for communities specializing in independent and assisted living, as well as memory care.
