We are trained for our roles but rarely taught how to care for our own emotional and mental health within the workplace.

EF Training exists to change that.

We deliver evidence-based courses that helps individuals and organisations recognise, respond to, and recover from the hidden costs of stress and emotional overload.

Our CPD accredited training focuses on Emotional Resilience and Compassion Fatigue with RCN endorsing Recognising and Responding to Compassion Fatigue (Part 1).

We teach effective and sustainable self care strategies that enable people who work in diverse employment sectors to negate workplace stress and to foster and maintain their emotional resilience.

Our customers include NHS staff, legal and financial teams, educational establishments, charities working with people and animals, private care providers, plus commercial and corporate teams.

We tailor a bespoke training program for each Organisation to meet their needs which can be delivered in-person, online or self-paced for individuals or remote working teams.

The results are measurable:
- 60% reduction in sickness rates
- 70% reduction in staff turnover
- 98% of participants said training helped them cope better
- 100% said it should be mandatory

We are the only UK training provider that tracks outcomes for Organisations to measure the success at 12 weeks post-training — because sustainable change matters.

EF training was founded in 2018 by Jayne Ellis, who experienced burnout as a healthcare professional. Alongside her team of expert trainers, she helps people gain the awareness, skills, and practical tools needed to manage stress, protect their wellbeing and thrive at work.
