I am a Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience across a wide range of specialties, including Renal Transplant, Theatres, Children’s Wards, and Neonatal Nursing. I have worked in several Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and spent 10 years with the Neonatal Transport Service (NTS), supporting critically ill babies during transfer.

In 2016, I founded EF Training & Consultancy Ltd, driven by my passion for ensuring healthcare professionals receive high-quality, practical, and evidence-based training. We have our own dedicated training venue, and all our trainers are practicing nurses who bring current clinical expertise into every session.
