André Oaland

André Oaland is an advisor and project manager at Efab AS, where they engage in multiple ongoing projects, including collaborations with Norsk olje og gass and Offshore Norge. With international experience across countries such as Norway, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, and China, André previously held roles in project control, consulting, and strategy, including positions at Score A/S, Vetco Aibel, and Aker Solutions. André has also contributed as a board member at Efab Inkubator AS and served as chairman of the board at Sameiet Støperikvartalet/Bystasjonen. André's academic credentials include an Executive program in Innovation and Change Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Master of Science in International Management from HKUST Business School.
