Bianca Monaco serves as the Head of Technology and COO at EFBA French Education Bay Area since May 2018, where Bianca has designed and launched a French EdTech Learning Management System, enhancing the transition to online education for a diverse community of teachers and students. With a strong focus on improving educational delivery and user experience, Bianca has increased professional development for educators, implemented effective operational controls, and managed a large team while driving innovative learning programs. Prior experience includes roles in operations, communications, and student services across multiple educational institutions, complemented by a cybersecurity certificate from Harvard and academic degrees in Literature and Social Media Marketing. Recognized as a 2020 Emerging Leader by the Great Place to Work Institute, Bianca continues to foster growth and efficiency within educational environments.
