Elina Efstathiou currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at EFCC IKE, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Elina held various roles at IASIS NGO, including Hypatia Service and Training Centre Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of programs focused on women empowerment and gender equality, conducting research and analysis, facilitating workshops, and developing partnerships with community organizations. Additional experience includes roles as European Projects & Educational Centre Administrator and Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to IASIS NGO, Elina worked as the Executive Assistant to the Top Management at KARABINIS MEDICAL SA and as an Administrative Assistant at an Andrological-Urological Medical Office. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science with Management from Abertay University, an Integrative Counselling Certificate from Athens Synthesis Center, and ongoing studies towards a European Certificate of Psychotherapy.
