Ella Juneja

Ella Juneja is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Customer Success and Operations Lead at Efecte Plc since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ella held several senior positions at Nokia from January 2018 to September 2021, including Head of SW Engineering Program Management and Director of the Program Management Office. Ella's career also includes leadership roles at Comptel, where responsibilities spanned business operations, analytics, and training, as well as strategic management at Hotelzon International. Early career experience includes positions at BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting. Ella holds both an MSc and LSc in Economics with a focus on Logistics from Aalto University, completed between 1991 and 1998.
