Contact Center Services Delivery Head at Efecte Plc

Kalina Stachel began their work experience in 2014 as a Consultant at Open Finance SA. In 2015, they joined Orange as a Assistance Consultant before transitioning to InteliWISE, where they held the roles of Contact Center Coordinator from 2015 to 2020 and later became the Director of Contact Center from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Contact Center Services Delivery Head at Efecte Plc starting in 2022.
