With a solid educational foundation that includes a Master's degree in Mathematics from Yerevan State University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Hochschule Schmalkalden, along with training from Cisco Networking Academy Armenia, Terzikyan has developed expertise in system administration, technical support, and IT management over a career spanning various organizations since 2006.
