Gary Hoover

Gary Hoover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and operations management. Currently a Partner in Private Equity at EFESO Management Consultants since April 2025, Gary has previously held significant roles at TBM Consulting Group. As Director on the Board, Gary co-created company vision and drove growth, while also launching the firm's Global Private Equity Practice. Prior to that, at ESAB and CFX, Gary oversaw $1 billion in revenue across multiple factories and led a large operations team to optimize performance. Gary's earlier career includes leadership roles at TBM Consulting Group and Intel Corporation, as well as military service as an Officer in the US Army. Gary holds an MBA in Operations from Vanderbilt University and a BA from West Virginia University.
