Sami Elbadramany

Sami Elbadramany is a partner at Legacy Ventures and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. He also works closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to implement a wide range of growth initiatives. Sami currently serves on the board of directors of MDG and as an advisor to the board of several private equity backed businesses.

Prior to founding Legacy Ventures, Sami was a senior executive with FastMed Urgent Care and MD Now Urgent Care, where he led mergers & acquisitions, organic growth initiatives, and corporate strategy for the private equity-backed businesses. Prior to his operating career, he was an investment professional with Brockway Moran & Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on control investments in partnership with management. During that time, Sami served on the board of directors for MD Now Urgent Care and was involved in transactions completed by Tri-Star Electronics and DayMen Group. Sami began his career at Wachovia Securities where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and advisory services for private and publicly traded companies.
