Gerry Madore

Gerry Madore is a partner at EFESO Management Consultants, where they leverage extensive experience in executive, operational, and consulting roles across the refining, marketing, midstream, chemicals, and upstream sectors. Gerry has worked globally in North America, Asia, and Europe, partnering with clients to implement organizational, technical, and digital solutions tailored to diverse cultural challenges. They have held significant positions, including Managing Director at Easymatics Limited and Supply Chain Management Sector Director at INA, where they significantly improved business performance and profitability. Currently, Gerry is pursuing an MBA at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
