Katia Cristina Lima is a senior consultant at EFESO since August 2022, bringing extensive experience from The HEINEKEN Company, where roles included Packaging Manager, TPM Manager, and Packaging Coordinator from December 2008 to May 2022. Katia coordinated the implementation of TPM, focusing on loss elimination through team involvement and methodology-driven results. Prior experience includes a position as Quality Supervisor at White Martins from 2007 to 2008, overseeing product compliance, supplier performance, management system audits, and market complaint handling. Katia holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal do Amazonas (2007-2008) and a degree in Mechanical Technology from Instituto de Tecnologia da Amazonia - UTAM (1997-2000).
