Manuel Pérez Romero is a seasoned professional in strategy and operations consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at EFESO since January 2020, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of competitive improvement plans. Previous experience includes leading continuous process improvement initiatives as a Continuous Improvement Manager at ACCIONA FACILITY SERVICE and specializing in Lean Manufacturing at SGS PRODUCTIVITY by Leansis and Solving Efeso.
