Harald Graber, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Harald is currently working at EFFECT Photonics as the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer), responsible for implementing a global sales team and infrastructure to drive the company's growth. Prior to this, they worked at BWI GmbH as an Associate Lead Expert, where they designed a new WAN (Wide Area Network) for the federal government. Harald also held various VP roles at Coriant, Inc., including VP Customer Innovation, VP Global Technical Sales, and VP & BL Head, where they led cross-cultural teams and achieved significant cost reductions and improved information exchange. Harald also worked in managerial positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, Alcatel-Lucent, and Lucent Technologies, where they played key roles in business development, product management, and strategic planning. Harald's expertise in innovation, security, and infrastructure services has consistently brought value to the organizations they have worked for.
