Msl Laine Whitaker

Laine Whitaker, MSL has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They have held various roles in different organizations, demonstrating their expertise in professional learning, diversity, equity, inclusion, and educational consulting. Laine has served as the Vice President of Professional Learning and Senior Director of Professional Learning, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Effective School Solutions. They have also worked as the Director of Professional Learning and Professional Development Presenter/Trainer/Coach at the same organization. In addition, Laine founded and served as the CEO of Hope Garden, Educational Consulting. They have been a Certified Advanced Trainer of The Nurtured Heart Approach at CHILDRENS SUCCESS FOUNDATION. Laine has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Cabrini University and as the Director of Experiential Learning at Eastern University Academy Charter School. They have extensive experience with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, with roles such as Program Coordinator and Community Resource Specialist, Parenting/Life Skills/Career Ed Teacher, Head Teacher, and Community Training Coordinator. Laine has also worked as a Trainer at Handle With Care Behavior Management System Inc. Their diverse experiences demonstrate their commitment to education and professional development.

Laine Whitaker, MSL received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Political Science from Cabrini University in the years 1997 to 2001. In 2015 to 2017, Laine pursued a Masters of Science in Leadership at Cabrini University, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Additionally, in 2016 to 2017, they participated in the Rutgers School of Social Work Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (BASW) Program and obtained a Social Work Certification in Violence Against Women and Children. Laine has also obtained various certifications including Mental Health First Aid Certified Trainer from MAFA Mental Health First Aid USA in June 2019, Wyman's Teen Outreach Program (TOP) Facilitator Certification from CENTRAL JERSEY FAMILY HEALTH CONSORTIUM in September 2017, Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) Advanced Certified Trainer from CHILDRENS SUCCESS FOUNDATION in an unspecified year, and Certified Trainer from Handle With Care Behavior Management System Inc. in August 2011.
