Rachael Bard MA LPC ACS NCC is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in various therapeutic settings. Currently serving as a clinician at Effective School Solutions since November 2021, Rachael previously held multiple roles at Oaks Integrated Care from May 2016 to January 2022, including Outpatient Therapist and Clinician at the PCH Residential program, where trauma-informed counseling was provided to youth in the juvenile justice system. Rachael also has experience as an Admissions Coordinator and Case Manager, developing service plans and facilitating skill-building groups. Prior internships include clinical work at the Alcohol Drug Education Program and The Children's Home Society of NJ, focusing on at-risk youth counseling. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stockton University.
