We hold ourselves accountable for results, which is why we’ve been published so many times for helping clients produce financial ROI with training. See where we’re published.

We’re located near the Port of Oakland in a beautiful building that was built in 1899. It’s a converted cable factory with 20 foot ceilings, beautiful old brick walls and original wide-plank hardwood floors. It’s a very spacious, friendly environment, perfect for training. We’ve had more than one client say they want to move in. And, of course, if you prefer, we’re happy to come to you.

We take pride in the results our clients have gotten with our training. Effective Training Solutions offers training and coaching in 3 main areas. In each of these areas, we are truly unique. We enjoy delivering training and results you can’t get anywhere else:

•	Developing extraordinary communication skills;
•	Transforming presentation skills;
•	A revolutionary new training method called 100% Proficiency® training. This training method can be used for any training. It is considered a "best practice" in training because it is the only approach that guarantees 100% Proficiency for all trainees.
