Established in 2012, Effectiv is actively managed by Founder and President Bob McGreevy PE. Bob garners over 40 years in the commercial HVAC industry. His expertise in energy efficiency comes from working with some of the largest energy users on the East Coast including Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport, Two Liberty Office Building, and three of the largest school districts in Pennsylvania. With an undeniable passion for Building Systems and a commitment to serving facility owners and staff, Bob has created a values-oriented, results-driven team of engineers, designers and subject matter experts.
