Alexander Kachaev

Alexander Kachaev is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at EffectiveSoft since October 2023. Previously, Kachaev held various senior leadership roles at EPAM Systems from September 2002 to October 2023, culminating in the position of Vice President and Co-Head of the North America / West Coast Business Unit. Kachaev's tenure at EPAM included significant roles such as Vice President of the San Francisco Bay Area Business, Senior Director of the West Coast Business, and Director of the ISV & Hi-Tech West Coast. Kachaev also led the Capital Markets Business Unit for Russia & CIS and managed a dedicated development center for Renaissance Capital. Kachaev began the professional journey as an Account Manager and Project Manager at Vested Development Inc, which was later acquired by EPAM. Kachaev holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering, Automatic Control Systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, completed between 1999 and 2005.
