Vadzim Shandarovich

Vadzim Shandarovich is a QA Engineer with extensive experience in both manual and automated testing across various companies. Currently employed at EffectiveSoft since May 2022, Vadzim focuses on mobile and web testing, performance testing, and bug reporting using Jira. Previously, Vadzim worked at Service Desk, where notable achievements included launching a personal test automation framework and creating a significant number of test cases. Vadzim's earlier experience includes roles at the Chief Office Management of the Department for Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, LWO, and Itransition, where responsibilities encompassed software quality assurance, development, and testing. Vadzim holds a Master’s degree in Process Safety Management and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
