Chantal Holla

Chantal Holla has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Chantal started their career at the Amsterdam Research Project, where they served as the External Affairs and Researcher CSR. During their time there, they were responsible for coordinating external relations, leading a team of consultants, and conducting field research in South Africa.

Chantal then joined the Faculty Association Aureus as the Innovation Officer of the 67th Aureus Board. In this role, they focused on driving innovation within the organization.

Chantal briefly worked at Annexum as a Project Manager Assistant Salesforce Sales and Marketing, where their main responsibilities included optimizing Salesforce, managing changes, and providing support to users.

Chantal then moved to EY, where they served as a Technology Consultant. Chantal worked there for three years before joining Effectory as a Business Process & Change Manager. At Effectory, they were part of a multidisciplinary team, driving business change and supporting the business in achieving its objectives. Chantal also worked as a Revenue Officer at Effectory, overseeing the revenue generation funnel and managing revenue data.

Overall, Chantal has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different industries and roles, with a focus on driving strategic projects, business change, and innovation.

Chantal Holla completed their education with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Information and Knowledge Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in the years 2014-2015. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business Administration from the same institution from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, Chantal also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Chinese Language and Chinese Business at ESSCA (Shanghai Campus) for one year. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they completed their VWO (pre-university education) in E&M from Damstede between 2005 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Chantal Holla has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Chantal became a Professional Scrum Master I through Scrum.org in June 2018. In May 2018, they obtained the Blue Prism Developer certification from Pearson VUE. In September 2017, Chantal also achieved the Advanced RPA Professional certification from Automation Anywhere. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the Mastership in prospecting and sales from Winning by Design.
