Jarik van Zeijst

Jarik van Zeijst is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Consultancy at Effectory since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 20-30 consultants and leading the People Strategy Consultancy team. In addition to this role, Jarik also fulfills the position of (a.i.) Team Lead Customer Success, managing two teams of Customer Success Managers focused on larger enterprise clients. Previous roles include Team Lead Consultancy and Performance Coach, as well as Senior People Strategy Consultant at Stichting Medical Business, where Jarik aimed to bridge the gap between young doctors and business professionals. Jarik's earlier career involved being a (semi) professional football player and goalkeeper with clubs such as FC Utrecht and Feyenoord Rotterdam, in addition to serving as a youth goalkeeper coach. Jarik holds two degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
