Marnix Hiep

Marnix Hiep has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and employee feedback. Marnix started their career in 2011 as a Coordinator of Students at Mr M.J. Meijer c.s. In 2013, they joined Philips as a Junior Human Resources Officer. From 2014 to 2016, Marnix worked at Cognizant as an HR Executive, where they supervised a back office team and handled HR-related inquiries for employees in the Netherlands. In 2016, they joined Loyens & Loeff as a Senior HR Associate, responsible for recruitment and HR data analysis. Currently, Marnix works as a Senior People Strategy Consultant at Effectory, where they advise clients in the profit sector on setting up effective feedback cycles to achieve strategic goals.

Marnix Hiep's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Marnix completed this program in 2010. In 2009, while still working towards their Bachelor's degree, Marnix Hiep began their Master's degree program at VU Amsterdam in Business Administration. Marnix completed this program in 2011. Later, in 2011, they also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration from VU Amsterdam.

In terms of additional certifications, Marnix Hiep obtained a certification in "Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations" from Microsoft in May 2013.
