With a background in hospitality management, Rogier transitioned to roles focusing on customer success, business processes, change management, and operations. Rogier has also pursued higher education, obtaining a Master of Business Administration from RSM Erasmus Universiteit and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague.
