Sheelagh B. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they participated in the Google AdCamp EMEA program, where they worked on advertising strategies and presented proposals. In 2016, they also worked as a student assistant in web development. In 2017, Sheelagh worked as an international guide at bunq and as a translation and localization specialist at Coolblue. Sheelagh then joined LexIQ as a marketing officer, where they developed data analysis software. In 2018, they worked as a praktijkdocent at Hogeschool Inholland / Inholland University of Applied Sciences and as a marketing officer at AgriData Innovations, a startup that specializes in greenhouse monitoring systems. From 2019 to 2021, Sheelagh worked at Holland & Barrett Benelux as a digital merchandiser and localization coordinator. Currently, they are working as a localization coordinator in Product & Tech at Effectory.

Sheelagh completed their Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBa) with a field of study in Master in Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing Management from the same institution in 2015.

In 2013, Sheelagh completed their International Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Communication and Media at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Sheelagh also participated in a non-graduating exchange program at the National University of Singapore in 2012, focusing on Communication and New media.

Additionally, Sheelagh obtained the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) with a grade C / Level C1 from the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, British Council in 2010.
