Tarah Whatmough

Tarah Whatmough, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager - Public Sector at Effectual since January 2022, responsible for overseeing customer-facing and internal project delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction and an 80% billable utilization rate with a team of 8-10 Project Managers and Strategic Program Managers.
