Oyeleke Ajiboye, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Oyeleke started their career in 2005 as an Instrument Engineer Trainee at Motu-Tec Ltd. From there, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Central Bank of Nigeria in 2006 and later joined Setbat Nig Ltd as a Project Engineer. In 2007, they became a Project Manager at TPCL.

In 2009, Ajiboye joined Efficacy Homes Limited as an Executive Director until 2013 when they became the CEO of Efficacy Construction Company. As the CEO, they were responsible for formulating and implementing management policies and operational strategies for profitability and efficiency. Oyeleke also played a key role in the merger of Efficacy Homes Ltd and Efficacy Engineering, forming Efficacy Construction Company. Additionally, they oversaw the operations of other associated businesses such as Efficacy Homes LLC, Leron Concepts Ltd, and Metro Quarry Ltd.
