Teghan Matlashewski

Teghan Matlashewski is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Efficiency Manitoba since December 2021, Teghan previously held several positions at Assiniboine Credit Union from July 2015 to December 2021, including Manager of People Solutions, People Solutions Business Partner, and People Solutions Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Coordinator at REHAU from August 2013 to July 2015 and as a Human Resources, Marketing, and Accounting professional at Talbot & Associates from March 2009 to August 2013. Teghan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Manitoba.
