Charlotte Tonge

Charlotte Tonge, CAIP, is a seasoned research professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Research Specialist at EfficiencyOne since February 2021, Charlotte previously held the role of Research Consultant at Narrative Research from September 2013 to February 2021 and worked as an Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Worker at Ontario March of Dimes. Key skills include developing and implementing Individual Rehabilitation Plans, data analysis, and resource coordination. Charlotte's research experience also includes assisting with literature searches and thesis projects at the University of Guelph-Humber. Academically, Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph, a diploma in General Arts and Science from Humber College, and a Graduate Certificate in Research Analyst from Georgian College.
