Errol Pereira has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and energy management. Errol started their career in 2010 as a Project Manager at Nova Scotia Power. In this role, they successfully managed projects for a period of seven months.

In 2011, Errol joined EfficiencyOne and served as a Program Manager for four years. During this time, they played a key role in implementing and managing various programs.

Following their role as Program Manager, Errol was promoted to Manager of Energy Management Services at EfficiencyOne. Here, they led a team of energy efficiency professionals and significantly expanded the team from five employees to 21.
