Sharon Liu

Sharon Liu has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Sharon started their career in 2011 as a Technical Specialist at General Motors Electrification Powertrain Control, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. as an engineer and served until 2016. Following that, they worked as an Engineer at Efficient Drivetrains, Inc. from 2016 onwards. In 2018, they joined Cummins Inc., where they held the roles of Engineer at Cummins Electrified Power - California and Control system and software engineer. Their work experience highlights their expertise in control systems, software engineering, and electrified power technologies.

Sharon Liu earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Dynamic Control Systems from UC Santa Barbara, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
