Heiko Weidhase has been the Chief Executive Officer of Efficient Group since 2002. Prior to that, he was a partner at Philip Craib Investments, an investment management company where he was responsible for marketing, systems and finance. From 1991 to 2000 he was the Operations Director at Giants Canning (Pty) Ltd. From 1989 to 1991 he was the Factory Manager at the same company, prior to which he was the Production Supervisor.
