Karen Joubert

Karen Joubert is a seasoned Human Resources Practitioner with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently employed at Efficient Group (Pty) Ltd since January 2023, Karen focuses on comprehensive employee life cycle practices. Previously, Karen held a similar role at HR Options Staffing from March 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations. Prior to this, a position in human resources was undertaken in a private capacity from August 2015 to February 2019, covering similar HR functions. Additionally, Karen operated as a private consultant in Stilbaai, managing and growing a personal business. Karen’s career began at Gijima from August 2004 to July 2015 as an HR Business Partner. Karen holds an Honours Baccalaureus Artium degree in Psychology from North-West University.
