Our unique approach and code of conduct ensures an efficient and focused engagement which guarantees the desired outcomes for the clients.

Code of Conduct
All EIS staff and contractors are asked to commit to a set of precise conduct guidelines. It allows every person representing EIS to engage with our customers at the highest customer service level. It ensures consistency and integrity which we regard as essential for a long and prosperous relationship with our customers. Our conduct guidelines includes areas such as Appearance, Language & Communication, Business processes and escalation, Documentation, Health & Safety, Security, Environment etc.

Engagement
We do not differentiate between suppliers, partners and customers when it comes to our rule of engagement. As soon as an organisation conducts business with us we are determined to make it a real partnership striving for common goals. Mutual success is the only acceptable outcome and we will contribute in an efficient and structured way by prioritising accuracy, clarity, honesty along with technical excellence.

Outcomes
Common goals and mutual success is the aim but we all know it is never easy. But by approaching obstacles and challenges in a focused, informed and analytical way, we are genuinely managing to simplify projects, remove risks and delivering efficiently.
