Siddhesh Gajare

Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer at Efficient Power Conversion

Siddhesh Gajare began their work experience as a Research Intern at Diversey India in 2013. During this time, they studied reaction chemistry and developed methods for the synthesis of stable Peracetic Acid. Siddhesh also conducted instant monitoring of corrosion rates for different chemicals and substrates.

In 2017, Siddhesh joined Arizona State University as a Graduate Research Associate. In this role, they studied and identified fundamental microwave loss mechanisms in dielectric resonators. Siddhesh synthesized dielectric materials using defect engineering and worked on magnetically tunable dielectric resonators. Additionally, they synthesized superconductor-semiconductor Schottky diodes and stripline microwave resonators using PVD techniques.

Most recently, Siddhesh joined Efficient Power Conversion in 2022 as a Reliability and Failure Analysis Engineer. The details of this role are not explicitly provided, but their work likely involves analyzing reliability and failure factors within the company's power conversion technologies.

Siddhesh Gajare completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Surface Coating Technology from the Institute Of Chemical Technology in the years 2010-2014. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science and Engineering from Arizona State University between 2014 and 2022.
