Jim Balback is a seasoned professional in network engineering and technical solutions, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Efficient IP since March 2013. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Technical Architect at Perficient Inc. from September 2011 to March 2013. Jim's extensive experience also includes a tenure as a Network Engineer at CSC from July 2002 to September 2011 and at Alcatel-Lucent from September 1999 to July 2002.
