Florentina Sandru is an experienced Integrative Coach with a diverse background in talent and resource management. Florentina Sandru, is currently working as a Talent Business Partner at Efficio, where they collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and provide development opportunities for the consulting team. Prior to that, Florentina held the role of Staffing Allocation and Talent Manager at BCG Platinion, where they oversaw operational and strategic resource management, identified patterns across cohorts, and supported individuals in their staffing and developmental needs. Before BCG Platinion, they worked as a Resource Manager at Deloitte UK, managing the resource allocation of over 300 practitioners and formulating innovative resource management approaches. Florentina also gained experience in resource planning and management at Analysys Mason, where they held various roles including Resource Manager and Resourcing and Development Advisor. Florentina Sandru, started their career as a Programme Adviser for Watson Martin Partnership at Reed Business School. In 2018, they completed a CIPD Advanced level Certificate in HRD from DPG Plc. London. Prior to that, in 2014, Florentina earned a CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice from Watson Martin Partnership - Reed Business School. Florentina Sandru, received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with honors (2:1) in Psychology from City University London in 2013, following a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University Iasă in 2011. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from ECDL, obtained in 2010.
