Nisha Stephen

Nisha Stephen has extensive experience in program and event management. Nisha started their career at Ground Transportation, Goldman Sachs, where they served as a Concierge and Reservations Specialist for senior executives. Nisha later joined AMA New York, initially as a Program Assistant for the Effie Awards before advancing to become a Sr. Coordinator and eventually a Program Coordinator. At Effie Worldwide, Nisha held various roles, including Director, Programs & Events, Manager, Projects & Events, VP, Programs & Events NA, VP, Program Strategies & Initiatives, and their current position as VP, Programs, Events & Operations Lead. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategy development, program expansion, project management, logistics, recruitment, and post-event analysis.

Nisha Stephen attended Fordham University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Media Studies. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Service Hub Software from HubSpot Academy.
