Traci Alford has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Traci is currently the Global CEO of Effie Worldwide, where they oversee teams in the US, UK, and China, and manages Effie programs in 125 countries. Prior to that, they held various roles at Shell International, including SVP External Relations, Asia Pacific, where they led corporate affairs and supported business growth in the region. Traci also served as the General Manager of Global Brand Strategy - Retail and General Manager of Global Consumer Brands - Lubricants at Shell. Before joining Shell, Traci worked at Cadbury Schweppes, holding positions such as Vice President of Global Business Development, Head of Beverages UK, and VP Strategy and Commercial Finance. Traci began their career at SPC ARDMONA LIMITED as a Marketing Graduate. Traci has a strong background in strategy development, brand management, and business expansion.
Traci Alford earned their Bachelor's Degree in International and Service Marketing from Monash University, graduating in 1991 after studying there from 1987.
