Dr. Francine Baker-Witt has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Francine served as the Chief Executive Officer at Effingham Health System starting in 2017. Prior to that, they were the Chief Transformation Officer at the same company in 2016. Dr. Baker-Witt also worked at Grady Health System, where they held various positions including Executive Director of Women and Infant Services from 2011 to 2015, Accreditation/Patient Safety Officer from 2006 to 2011, and Director of Quality/Risk (LTC) from 1998 to 2006.
Dr. Francine Baker-Witt earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Loyola University Chicago, graduating in the years 1980 to 1985. Dr. Francine then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Everest University-South Orlando, completing their degree between 1988 and 1990. Dr. Baker-Witt further advanced their education by obtaining a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Capella University, completing their studies between 2015 and 2020.
