Sara Corley

Sara Corley is currently working as a QAPI/Restorative at Riverview Health and Rehab managed by Ethica Health & Retirement Communities. Sara ensures compliance with F-Tags, state survey, and CMS guidelines, while also overseeing documentation for residents in restorative programs for accurate MDS 3 coding. Prior to this, Sara worked as a Quality Nurse at Effingham Health System, focusing on evidenced-based practices, staff training, and education on QAPI and updates related to TJC. Sara is also a current RN to MSN student at Regis University, with a previous ASN degree from Valencia College.
