Shanker Dhandapani

Shanker Dhandapani began their career in 2000 as a Sr. Development Executive at PROLOGIC FIRST. Shanker then moved to Rapidigm in 2003 as a Systems Executive. In 2004, they joined Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer, Validation Engineer, Design Tools Engineer, Technical Lead, and Project Manager. During their 12 year career at Intel, they rose through the ranks and handled senior positions. In 2015, they co-founded Effivity Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and served as Co-Founder & CEO, taking the company to new heights. Shanker also held the position of Co-Founder & Director Technologies, where they were responsible for the initial architecture, design, infrastructure, and budget allocation.

Shanker Dhandapani has an extensive educational background. Shanker obtained their 10th and 12th from DTEA School in 1993 and 1995 respectively. Shanker then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from North Maharashtra University from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Marketing from Pondicherry University in 2001-2002. Shanker then went on to earn their Master of Science in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2005-2007. Shanker has also obtained several certifications, including a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) in 2005, a Post Graduate Diploma in Internet & Web Technology from CMC LTD in 2000, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2009. In 2018, they were made a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India).
