Chris Dillman

Chris Dillman has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Counterfeiting Intern at the United States Secret Service. In 2011, Chris joined On-Site.com and held various roles including Verification Specialist, Software Engineer, Program Manager, and Product Manager. Chris excelled in these positions by implementing efficient workflows and tools, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading productive teams. In 2017, Chris transitioned to WillowTree, Inc. as a Project Manager before joining RealPage, Inc. in 2018. At RealPage, Chris served as a Director of On-Site Implementations, overseeing team growth, international expansion, and implementing process improvements resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced service level times. In 2021, Chris joined AppFolio, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager before moving on to become a Principal Product Manager at Knock® CRM in 2022. In 2023, Chris held the Vice President of Product role at Effortless and later at Key Texting.

Chris Dillman attended San Jose State University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Justice Studies.
