Lola Kakes

Lola Kakes is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder of EffortlessHR, Inc. since October 2001, Lola Kakes has focused on providing tools for effective employee and personnel management. Previous roles include Strategic Business Partner at Profiles International, where the emphasis was on aligning individual talents with job functions, and Chair of the President's Assembly at NAWBO National, facilitating communication and leadership among chapter leaders. Lola Kakes also served as President of NAWBO Greater Tucson, leading the only women-owned business organization in the area, and held the position of Human Resource Director at Equatorial Mining, overseeing HR compliance and regulations. Earlier career experiences include a role as HR Manager and Executive VP at Keenan & Associates. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Arizona and Wasatch Academy.
