Jason Otto

Jason Otto has extensive work experience in the legal field, primarily focused on litigation and investigations. Jason currently holds the position of Global Head of Litigation & Investigations at EFG Bank, a role they started in February 2021. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Senior Counsel for Litigation & Investigations at EFG Bank from 2020 until January 2021.

Before joining EFG Bank, Jason spent several years at Swiss Re, where they held various roles. From March 2016 to December 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to that, they were a Vice President and Legal Counsel specializing in Dispute Resolution & Litigation, a position they held from October 2011 to March 2016.

Jason began their legal career at KKW&C in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Litigation Associate until October 2011. Jason then moved to Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where they worked as a Litigation Associate for almost 9 years, starting in October 1999 and ending in July 2008.

In between their time at KKW&C and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, Jason briefly worked as a Litigation Associate at Latham & Watkins from January 2004 to February 2005.
