Maria Ciorciari

Maria Ciorciari possesses extensive experience in risk management and financial services with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Global Head of Enterprise Risk and Senior VP at EFG International since April 2017, Maria has held several senior positions, including Head of Group Risk Control and Global Head of ALM & Liquidity Risk. Additionally, Maria contributes as a lecturer and advisory board member at Centro Studi Villa Negroni, focusing on risk management courses. Prior to EFG International, Maria was Head of ALM & Liquidity Risk at BSI S.A., and held roles at Banca del Gottardo and UBS. Academically, Maria holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and has earned both the FRM and SCR certifications from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
