Stella Gadotti

Stella Gadotti is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as First Vice President and Coordinator of LATAM Compliance at EFG International since October 2017. In this role, Stella oversees onboarding and periodic review processes, focusing on high-risk clients in the LATAM market while also managing transaction monitoring with insights gained from experiences in CIS, EMEA, and CH markets. Prior to this, Stella worked as a Consultant at KPMG Switzerland on projects related to the Common Reporting Standard and multi-shore tax reporting, and held positions as Assistant and Analyst at Athena Consulting SA. Stella holds an Executive Master of Advanced Studies in Tax Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and Controlling, both from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland.
