Amber McManus has over a decade of experience in customer service and quality assurance within the transportation and support industries. Currently serving as a QA Analyst and previously as a Client Support Specialist at EFG Companies since January 2012, Amber has developed strong analytical and client-facing skills. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Service Manager at FFE Transportation Services from May 2006 to October 2011. Amber holds an Associate of Science degree from Dallas College North Lake Campus, completed between 2016 and 2018.
